Success stories

Real teams. Real progress.

Behind every program is a team with a real challenge. These are their stories: what they set out to change, how we built the program around them, and what their people took back to work.

Interpersonal & Soft Skills

Helping a fast-moving fashion team think before they act.

1
The starting point

In a busy retail and production environment, problems arrive every day and decisions are often made on the spot. Carina Wear wanted its people to approach those moments with more structure and more confidence.

2
How we designed it

We built a two-day Creative Problem Solving and Decision-Making workshop around the situations Carina Wear’s teams face at work, then ran it in several rounds so every group could take part without disrupting operations.

3
Inside the workshop

Participants practised analyzing a problem before solving it, prioritizing what matters most, understanding different personality styles and asking the right questions. Real workplace cases kept every exercise close to their daily work.

4
The outcome

Every round showed clear progress from the first assessment to the last. More importantly, participants described a new habit: pausing, listening to others and owning their decisions.

Building the everyday skills that keep a team steady under pressure.

1
The starting point

Power Lube’s teams work in a demanding environment where small issues can grow quickly. The company wanted its people to communicate more clearly, deal with problems early and stay in control of their time.

2
How we designed it

Instead of separate courses, we combined the skills into one three-day Essential Workplace Skills workshop, so each topic built on the one before it.

3
Inside the workshop

The program moved from communication awareness to problem solving and decision making, then time management and DISC personality styles. Each participant applied the tools to their own role and colleagues.

4
The outcome

The team showed strong progress between the first and final assessments, and every participant left with a personal and professional action plan to carry the learning back to work.
